Great product! Helped us understand our customer health and allows us to be more proactive.
What do you like best? We use ChurnZero to measure the health of our customer accounts and proactively work to improve our product and services for them. It is easy to use and very flexible. What do you dislike? We don't have anything to report that we dislike yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems and we have a much better handle on customer health as a result of using.

What do you like best? I like the fact that I can easily bring information from our CRM and platform to generate insights. The segments are great and covering every aspect and level of segmentation I would like to look at. I especially like "My Command Center Dashboard" that allows me to quickly follow up on the different segments. What do you dislike? A must have for an SaaS CS Team
What do you like best? ChurnZero is a great tool to help keep a pulse on my customer's health scores. The introduction of the daily email was awesome- it's so nice to start my day with a snapshot of changes in churn scores and all my tasks in one place. I also love that I can schedule email plays based on custom criteria to eliminate manual customer touchpoints. The CSMs we've worked with have been great, too. Great client tracking software
What do you like best? In-depth analysis for tracking client activity. What do you dislike? The software has a significant learning curve, but once you get it, very helpful in reducing churn. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps with identification of client usage, alerts to when contact should be made.

Helps me understand the health of my accounts
What do you like best? I like the customer service. We have a dedicated account manager that meets with us biweekly to answer any questions we have. The account manager is quick to respond to any questions I have over the week.
