Great features and very responsive support team. A few things to improve, but great product.

What do you like best? Simple and flexible search for accounts or customers. What do you dislike? There are a few features that come to mind that I would love to have: 1. The ability to insert images/screenshots into a task/activity log 2. All in one!

What do you like best? I love the dashboard (keeps me organized and up to date on what I need to prioritize for the day). I also really appreciate the plays/journeys, as they have really helped me find traction with hard to reach clients. What do you dislike? We used Salesforce for a long time, so it has been hard for me to get used to the new view format. I sometimes miss having all the data I need on an account at the very top of the page. Churn Zero Works Great

What do you like best? Event and usage tracking is my favorite attribute right now with their success panels and ease of in app NPS scoring running a quick 2nd and 3rd. What do you dislike? Nothing yet, but I will likely be a little more critical in the coming months of usage. Less likely to be dislikes and moreso goals for future enhancements. First Year CZ Going Better than Anticipated

What do you like best? Personally, ChurnZero feels transformational to our team. As an admin that helped get the software up and running, I had the privilege to get trained first. Once you learn the ins and outs of the system, you begin to realize you can leverage the system for a lot more than you initially thought. The best CS tool in the biz

What do you like best? User metrics. It is so imperative to focus on usage metrics in order to understand what features/product capabilities are most popular, and focus on not only retention but up sell numbers. What do you like best? - Implementation was great - very knowledgable implementation consultant and clearly outlined project plan - The administration is simple.
