Gets the job done!

What do you like best? I like all the different tabs and categories available for customer information. It makes all the information organized and easily accessible. What do you dislike? The sidebar is a bit confusing, sometimes it's hard to find things. For example, if I am looking for a segment, it's hard to find. ChurnZero is a Game Changer.

What do you like best? I've been using ChurnZero for over a year and my favourite part changes constantly! Today, my favourite part is definitely the help that we've received from our Customer Success Manager (recently moved on and will be sorely missed) Lucas F! What do you like best? Automation and plays Easy to view churn scores Easy to export all data into Google Sheets What do you dislike? amazing platform to enhance day to day workflow and account prioritization

What do you like best? Being able to segment and prioritize accounts to save time during the day. Also having daily task reminders to ensure all accounts are engaged with and no important requests/tasks fall through the cracks. Churnzero is one of the best SaaS tools in the market which can be used even by a not so IT skilled professional and also it doesn't cost a lot of money, hence it is ideal to use even for small scale businesses. Churn Zero has streamlined our process tremendously!

What do you like best? All of our data is in one location and we don't have to search different applications to gather all of the data we need.
