"Powerful tool"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love that I have one powerful and flexible interface to manage my day. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I havent found anything that I dont dislike yet; still getting acquainted with the full functionality. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? I can see my daily tasks - customer usage and have a quantified customer score to work from. I am more efficient in my day to day tasks.

"Quickly act on amazing customer insights!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? The centralization of SaaS usage data and CRM account and contact data alone is incredibly valuable, but being able to also include email and ticket data, and then act on insights gleaned from all of that data is the best part of CZ. "Efficiency, transparency, and more"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero allows you to add tasks and set reminders so your clients don't slip through the cracks. Not only do these show up in ChurnZero, but thanks to their integration with Slack, you can receive the notices there, as well as an email. What do you dislike about ChurnZero?
