"Easy to automate messages"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I like how easy it is to automate messages and to review the next steps in our handoff process. The UX design is quite easy to navigate, and the colors are pleasing to an average customer. "Great tool, even better team"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Easy to navigate and pretty intuitive! The CZ team was also amazing during onboarding and implementation. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? The UI is a little depressing and outdated looking. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? We're getting better insight into our accounts! All our data is in one place and easy to access. CZ is making it a lot easier and quicker for our team to stay on track with accounts.

"Great CRM to Keep you Organized with your Customers"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I really like the Command Center and executing plays in Churn Zero. The Command Center keeps me organized for my daily tasks, and running plays allows me to reach large groups of people while still being very professional and personal. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I would say executing plays is not hard, but I feel like building plays is still a bit cumbersome. I think as I learn more about the system it will get easier. "Most robust software I've ever used"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero is quickly becoming the most important software for our Customer Success Team. It allows our team to get a complete picture of an account and how best to serve their needs. As the manager of the software, I find the Success Panel incredibly useful to deliver content within our application to engaged users. We're driving more traffic to webinars, blog posts, and training videos thanks to our Success Panel. I also love the agility of the ...

"Keeps me organized on a daily basis!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I like the Calendar within my Command Center and the fact that I can tell at a glance what renewals I have coming up, and the meetings I have for any given day in order to prepare. I also like that I can Log Activity right from the "Customer Meeting" section so that when I'm on a call with a client, I can take notes in real time. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? There are some canned reports that aren't as helpful to me and I would like to be able to customize the dashboard a bit more. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? We're solving for project management with onboarding and just keeping track of our client usage and our own tasks.
