What do you like best about ChurnZero? The platform UI is intuitive. Very easy to use. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Nothing.I didn't find any issues in past 6 months to dislike. "Great tool for managing the success of customers"
What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love how I can automate tasks, have quick access to accounts/customers, log activities quickly and from almost any window, set up my own custom alert notifications, track my customers' product usage information, create my own custom segments and it's user friendly. What do you like best about ChurnZero? The team especially. The sales, onboarding, and ongoing phases were very well orchestrated, and the consultants are awesome people. The support team answers fast and accurately. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I miss some features like the possibility to tag internal stakeholders to tasks/activities, as well as the possibility to have Slack conversations (shared channels with customers) logged there to influence the health score. What do you like best about ChurnZero? I've been using ChurnZero for over a year and my favourite part changes constantly! Today, my favourite part is definitely the help that we've received from our Customer Success Manager (recently moved on and will be sorely missed) Lucas F!
