What do you like best about ChurnZero? That it is automated based on data that we often don't have time to analyze. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? It can be challenging to create plays and segments What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to locate data issues before Back to School starts.

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero helps me to stay on task and locate client information quickly What do you dislike about ChurnZero? The only downside I see is when creating segments; there are too many options versus being able to have a client listed with sub-areas under it for more detailed information What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? keeping documentation of every interaction with my clients

When I first arrived at my company nearly 5 years ago, one of the first things I recognized was that our company was not keeping any organized records of how clients felt about our company, how often they were utilizing our software, or when contract renewals were coming up. What do you like best about ChurnZero? The tool so far seems like it will add a ton of value for us (even tho we haven't really used it yet). The implementation team was very helpful and proactive, which I loved! What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Nothing so far! What do you like best about ChurnZero? This software is intuitive and the support our team receives from our CSM is pretty amazing. I use CZ's segments for all of my daily tracking of renewals and as the basis of my one on one meetings with the CSMs on my team. What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero is built around the concept of the churn score, which assigns a numerical value to the likelihood of an account churning. The higher the churn score, the higher the probability of churn. I absolutely LOVE this!
