What do you like best about ChurnZero? Implementing ChurnZero was a very straightforward, simple process every step of the way. Our CSM was readily available for questions and kept us on track to meet our roll-out targets. The system allows us to target key accounts and flag churn risk much faster when it matters most. "CZ gives our team deeper insights"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I like that it can surface data efficiently in order to react to possible client issues. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? That some data points pull differently on reports, I have to double-check some numbers to find if there is truly a client issue or not. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Surfacing issues before they become big churn risks. Benefits are efficiency and timing saving.

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love that you have the ability to customize ChurnZero. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? There is so much you can do with ChurnZero, it is hard to remember where everything is located. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? "Product is a lifesaver & CS is top notch!"

"My ChurnZero Experience"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? This software is intuitive and the support our team receives from our CSM is pretty amazing. I use CZ's segments for all of my daily tracking of renewals and as the basis of my one on one meetings with the CSMs on my team.
