"Best Company to Work With!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? On top of having one of the most comprehensive Customer Success tools out there, the buying, implementation, and post-implementation experience has been nothing short of world-class. Set up was relatively easy to do on my own after going through the ChurnZero Academy and required very little involvement from my Engineering or Ops teams. Right out of the gate, we could start seeing customer information flowing in and helping my CSMs get organized around ...

"Manager, Customer Success Operations"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Churnzero has been instrumental in our maturity as a Customer Success team, and by extension, success as an organization. The feature/thing that I like best is the ability to standardize our customer lifecycle via Journeys. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Frankly, the only setback for me is the cost/user. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? I'd be hard-pressed to believe any organization has completely "solved" their ...

"Exactly what our company needed, and more..."

What do you like best about ChurnZero? When I first arrived at my company nearly 5 years ago, one of the first things I recognized was that our company was not keeping any organized records of how clients felt about our company, how often they were utilizing our software, or when contract renewals were coming up. I immediately recommended some method of tracking all of that information to increase client retention, which I referred to as the "client's health score." After several failed ...
