What do you like best about ChurnZero? Implementing ChurnZero was a very straightforward, simple process every step of the way. What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love that you have the ability to customize ChurnZero. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? There is so much you can do with ChurnZero, it is hard to remember where everything is located. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about ChurnZero? I like that it can surface data efficiently in order to react to possible client issues. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? That some data points pull differently on reports, I have to double-check some numbers to find if there is truly a client issue or not. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Surfacing issues before they become big churn risks. Benefits are efficiency and timing saving.

What do you like best about ChurnZero? One of the features that I enjoy the most from ChurnZero is the ability to create plays for many customers with the click of a button. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Sometimes segments can be tricky to create. You truly need to know what attributes you are bringing in. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication (plays) and monitoring on tasks and journeys.
