"Churn Zero Experience"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Churn Zero has made my daily job as a customer success manager seamless and really helps me gage my customers usage, their needs and keeps me on top of all tasks related to their accounts. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I do find there are some limitations and I am not sure if it is the product itself or the way my company has set it up What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? it has made my day to day job easier

"Unreal Platform"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Being able to have insight into everything. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I honestly can't think of anything I dislike regarding the platform. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? I am gaining insight into the activity of my clients. What they are doing, how they are doing it, and how often they are doing it. It's great info for me to have in terms of assessing the overall health of an account.

"Detailed and Efficient Implementation Process - Easy to use Platform to Manage Customer Accounts"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? The ability to proactively manage a large number of accounts by drawing attention to potentially less engaged users and customers. "Best Tool I Didn't know I Needed for Our Team."

What do you like best about ChurnZero? The ability to see the health of an account based on metrics that work for our business. It truly enables the CSM team to plan ahead and forecast successfully. "Scaling our CS operations has never been easier!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero allows you to track customer health scores (risk) but is so much more than that. By segmenting customers and setting up appropriate playbooks and journeys, you can give a personalized experience to your customers through automation.
