What do you like best about ChurnZero? We've had ChurnZero for about three months now. The onboarding and training were top-notch, and only after a few weeks, I felt like I had all the tools I needed to get processes, plays, and journeys set up for my team. What do you like best about ChurnZero? Amazing tool, creating segments, custom dashboards, InApp messages, create plays and send emails. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? If creating dashboards could be easier.. Recommendations to others considering ChurnZero: Having mini videos on each feature will be helpful. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? I am keeping track of my accounts, their health, usage frequency, churnscores, due date.
