What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero keep my customer journeys on schedule, monitors usage, and lines up automated plays for me based off usage or NPS scores. It's easy to see what needs to be done, and it integrates well with our other systems. The customer support team is also very easy to work with since I use the platform every day.
