"Great for scaling an NPS program"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Sending communications to customers directly from CSMs - with their review and approval of course :) What do you dislike about ChurnZero? What would be great is an out-of-the-box integration with Qualtrics. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Personalizing NPS outreach and follow ups. Less manual effort from CSMs to connect with customers and stronger survey response rates are just 2 of the main benefits.

"Best way to minimize churn"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Churnzero is fantastic for monitoring how often customers use your service and you can use their "plays" to automate responses if you feel a customer is more likely to stop using your service through their algorithmic churn scores that they generate in the app. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? What do you like best about ChurnZero? Unified view of the customer lifecycle and email directly out of the dashboard What do you dislike about ChurnZero? There is nothing too difficult about using churn0; data integration and implementation is always a challenge. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?
