"Great for scaling an NPS program"
What do you like best about ChurnZero? Sending communications to customers directly from CSMs - with their review and approval of course :) What do you dislike about ChurnZero? What would be great is an out-of-the-box integration with Qualtrics. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Personalizing NPS outreach and follow ups. Less manual effort from CSMs to connect with customers and stronger survey response rates are just 2 of the main benefits.

What do you like best about ChurnZero? The ability to build dashboards and then analyze metrics by segments, seeing trends and spotting fires at a glance while also being able to drill down. There is nothing too difficult about using churn0; data integration and implementation is always a challenge. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?
