"Useful tool to stay on top of customer engagement"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Alerts, playbooks, and journeys help stay on track. I like being alerted when new activities occur so that I can quickly act on them or plan future actions when necessary. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I find it a little cumbersome (but manageable) to review previous meeting notes within the segments. It would be nice to have these easily accessible from a customer's main screen. "ChurnZero has gotten our "churn" down to "zero""

What do you like best about ChurnZero? 1) my calendar syncs and makes it much easier to log that meeting from Command Center > Calendar 2) can easily view how much client coverage has occurred over a period of time What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Having to copy/paste HTML coding into the Letter Templates instead of just typing the letter into the template. What do you like best about ChurnZero? I can set automations to help me perform at my best. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I wish there was a ChurnZero bootcamp so I didn't have to watch videos for everything I try to accomplish. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? "Smooth and Efficient"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero provides a very user friendly interface, super easy to navigate. There are a tremendous amount of resources available including self help and contact points to ChurnZero reps. The options for integration are 'chef's kiss' You do it well, thank you!! "Obsessed with CZ!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love having all my information in one location and being able to easily see what I have on my to-do list each day. I also LOVE setting up segments and plays. What do you like best about ChurnZero? Thanks to CZ, we were able to keep our tasks on track, and we have created a new department from scratch, following up with our new customers, so they won't miss any training. "Who's Happy?"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? You know at a glance who is happy and who is not. Being able to create segments of customers to target with customized emails is also awesome. What do you like best about ChurnZero? The ability to build dashboards and then analyze metrics by segments, seeing trends and spotting fires at a glance while also being able to drill down.
