"Great product for CSMs"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love the fact that it allows me to watch my client's progress and will trigger an alert for me when important account actions are taken. What do you like best about ChurnZero? I can set automations to help me perform at my best. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I wish there was a ChurnZero bootcamp so I didn't have to watch videos for everything I try to accomplish. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? "Smooth and Efficient"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero provides a very user friendly interface, super easy to navigate. "Obsessed with CZ!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love having all my information in one location and being able to easily see what I have on my to-do list each day. I also LOVE setting up segments and plays. "Who's Happy?"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? You know at a glance who is happy and who is not. Being able to create segments of customers to target with customized emails is also awesome. "Best way to minimize churn"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Churnzero is fantastic for monitoring how often customers use your service and you can use their "plays" to automate responses if you feel a customer is more likely to stop using your service through their algorithmic churn scores that they generate in the app. What do you dislike about ChurnZero?
