What do you like best about ChurnZero? The platform is easy to use & understand, and our CSM is fantastic to work with What do you dislike about ChurnZero? .For our org specifically, it would be nice to have different task types What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? We're learning so much more about our customers and have benefitted from the automation of plays.

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I enjoy how organized ChurnZero has made my book of customers. As a longtime procrastinator, ChurnZero has really allowed me to map out all my work and deadlines. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I don't know if this is necessarily a ChurnZero issue, but I have child accounts whose information does not seem to flow and/or match correctly to their parent accounts. What do you like best about ChurnZero? CHurn Zero has all the at-a-glance information you need to quickly identify accounts that may require extra attention. Its customizable dashboards allow you to view the health of all your accounts in one spot. Its playbooks enable you to automate frequently used messaging and tasks. What do you like best about ChurnZero? The in-app message capability is one of my favorite features as it works great for our platform and service that we provide to other businesses. I think that the strongest features of ChurnZero are the segments and plays that allow for a detailed, data-driven look at your accounts and automation built around that data. What do you like best about ChurnZero? 1) my calendar syncs and makes it much easier to log that meeting from Command Center > Calendar 2) can easily view how much client coverage has occurred over a period of time What do you dislike about ChurnZero? What do you like best about ChurnZero? Alerts, playbooks, and journeys help stay on track. I like being alerted when new activities occur so that I can quickly act on them or plan future actions when necessary. What do you dislike about ChurnZero?
