Churn helps structure customer success manager activities by automating tasks and activities for them to accomplish with customers and templating communications to customers showcasing your organization's value in an easy-to-use platform. "Best tool to organize your day and manage your portofolio/team"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? CZ is a very comprehensive and ergonomic platform, I love how easy it is to navigate through the different tabs and reports. And getting CZ Academy is a great plus. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I don't really see any downside using CZ for now. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about ChurnZero? The support from the customer success team makes you feel as if the Churnzero team was internal. The customization of the platform allows for department-specific goals while allowing for enough granularity and detail for specifics important to each account and customer.
