What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero is SO rich with data and ways to visualize it. It's very user-friendly for customer-facing people. The built-in "actions" - such as alerts or plays - allow the team to automate some tasks and maintain a more proactive stance with their customers. What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero is so simple to use once you are educated on how to use the products and the ChurnZero team goes above and beyond to make that happen. Any question big or small that we may have, they respond quickly or schedule a time to assist you through the process. I have not experience this with any other company before. What do you like best about ChurnZero? Graphs,dashboards , mainly logs and tasks that are sent to mail daily What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I would like to know the tasks in my mail when I have set up an expiry for the task. The task sits there and doesn't do much I would expect to notify me. What do you like best about ChurnZero? CZ is a very comprehensive and ergonomic platform, I love how easy it is to navigate through the different tabs and reports. And getting CZ Academy is a great plus. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I don't really see any downside using CZ for now. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?
