"It's more like a go to place and a diary for me"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Graphs,dashboards , mainly logs and tasks that are sent to mail daily What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I would like to know the tasks in my mail when I have set up an expiry for the task. The task sits there and doesn't do much I would expect to notify me. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about ChurnZero? CZ is a very comprehensive and ergonomic platform, I love how easy it is to navigate through the different tabs and reports. And getting CZ Academy is a great plus. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I don't really see any downside using CZ for now. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about ChurnZero? As a director, the Command Center Team View allows me to see meetings, tasks and messages for my CSMs and ensure they're staying on track.
