What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love that ChurnZero keeps me updated on which client needs more attention in my goals of keeping client accounts active and engaged. What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero is easy to use, easy to navigate, and has so many insightful pieces of data about our customers in one central location. Ease of use for CS end users, comprehensive and flexible configuration options, breadth of functionality, consolidation of information from multiple systems into one via integration. What do you like best about ChurnZero? - Ease of use - Features - Integration capabilities - Support What do you dislike about ChurnZero? - Nothing that is worth mentioning. This is a great product. What do you like best about ChurnZero? I like seeing all my partners in one location and where they are in their journey. The command center helps me prioritize my daily work and look ahead. What do you like best about ChurnZero? Churnzero is easily customizable to record what and when we contacted the customer about, keeping all depts unified with customer communication. "Intuitive platform with a lot of possibilities"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? The platform is pretty straightforward to work with and well designed for the needs of a Customer Success team. The ability to tie in custom data from other platforms (CM, Jira, etc.) is also super helpful. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love that this tool helps organise your day to ensure you focus in the right areas to increase customer satisfaction and value, which prevents churn. Its great to see dashboard views of salesforce, customer contact, customer usage, customer CSAT, to do lists etc and this is scored to see where focus is needed. What do you like best about ChurnZero? Their playbooks and journeys are so helpful for automating a lot of processes. They also are great for creating visibility on product adoption from clients.
