What do you like best about ChurnZero? Our Customer Success Manager, Amanda, is very helpful when questions arise. She provides prompt responses and thoroughly explains recommendations. There is training content to get you started, as well as to help grow usage of all features. I spend a fair amount of time in the surveys section running reporting on various CSAT surveys. "Easy to track revenue"
What do you like best about ChurnZero? I believe it's a lot easier to track your monthly revenue, gross vs net on Churnzero. Moreover, you can get alerts per your preference mode via slack as well as on Churnzero. Customer service is better than others. The response to your queries is more detailed and quick. What do you like best about ChurnZero? My favorite thing is the metrics available and how it integrates with our other platforms and products. A close second would be the ability to create Plays and Surveys. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? If I could change anything, it would be nice to see our mobile app usage integrated within ChurnZero. I would also love more customization/format options within the Play creation area. What do you like best about ChurnZero? It was an easy and quick setup. We have been able to customize it to fit our needs and show the data we use to make proactive decisions. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Nothing. The data we have put together has been such a success, we now share it through Salesforce back to other departments! What do you like best about ChurnZero? Ease of use, user-friendliness and the ability to segment almost any piece of info. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? There is not much to dislike from my perspective. Maybe the ability to further customize notifications. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? ChurnZero helps keep track of my team's book of business as well as mine. The ability to have everything sorted out by any metric is extremely helpful.
