What do you like best about ChurnZero? able to have notes for reason of why play was exit , that way we can have that information updated What do you dislike about ChurnZero? nothing , task be able to get a report at the end of month of end of the week What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? to perform better at my job

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Churnzero allows my team to define what a healthy customer looks like and allows us to action the yellow and red customers quickly with less manual research or outreach. This is a dream tool for any CSM who manages a large book of customers because it really highlights where a CSM should be spending their time. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Nothing! The support has been fantastic, and our CSMs are very responsive when we need help! What problems ...

"ChurnZero has helped me organize my meetings and process."

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love the adaptability of the Journey we can create to stay on track with each customer and know where we left off with such ease. The dashboards are a fantastic tool to utilize and can be customizable. I love everything about this platform and how it syncs with other tech stacks we currently use. What do you like best about ChurnZero? The native integration with CRM MS Dynamics and the "segments" allows you to slide and dice your data. I also really enjoy the live exports and imports capabilities - extremely helpful!! What do you dislike about ChurnZero? The UX could be improved, but it's growing on me.
