What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero allows me to keep track of trends with my clients. I love setting up segments and alerts so I know if usage changes . "Helped our Customer Success Department get organized, track health scores, and improve onboarding."

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Health Score Tracking. ChurnZero took our app's usage metrics and helped us keep track of possible churn. We always knew the key indicators of what could lead to churn with our app, but ChurnZero helped us spot trends more easily. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Overall, I would say that I love the simplicity of the platform, the relationship we have with our representative, Kerry, and overall functionality of the platform. "Churnzero Review"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I like the ease of searching an account and finding what I need. I can also use this to remind myself, which makes the calendar a great tool synced with my calendar. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? The play creation tab can be hard to use sometimes, as I have to save it often or I could lose progress. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Mitigating churn based off see data early on in our process.

"Great Task Management and Organizational Tool"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero being able to communicate and sync with our CRM (HubSpot) was a massive benefit for our team. "Invaluable Customer Success Tool"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? CZ provides an in depth view of customer satisfaction, which makes it so much easier to provide meaningful, proactive work. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Genuinely can't think of a downside. It's the most powerful tool I've used in my 7 years at my company. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?
