What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love all the features and the complete 360 Degree view provided by the tool. "As a CSA CZ has been my best friend, it makes my job easier and I can be more efficient and accurate"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? That you can track usage and use scores to identify when someone is in danger. The support is awesome! Shout out to Jessie she is the best! What do you dislike about ChurnZero? That the history sometimes gets too clunky. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? We can predict churn, it helps us see the patterns of accounts that tend to cancel and we can prevent that from happening.

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Creating Segments. Because it allows me to collect filtered data values in any category or aspects in account. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? The Success Center has been a very challenging feature to use as that perhaps is only applicable to some software companies. It also requires intervention from other teams. What do you like best about ChurnZero? I really enjoy how personalized it is! You have a lot of options and can make your view special to you. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Sometimes there can be a lot of alerts which can be confusing. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? It's a one stop shop when it comes to reviewing the health of my clients and indentifying possible churn.
