"ChurnZero is great!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? It helps track Churnscore, usage, and offers a billion ways to utilize data points. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? There is nothing that I dislike! There is definitely a big learning curve since there are so many features. It is overall a great app. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of a large number of customers and data. As I slowly learn the tool, it benefits me every day that I learn something new.

"Top support and extremely comprehensive analytics"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? As we have recently finished our implementation and are nearly complete with onboarding I must say the support from multiple people has been top notch. They give you even more information and context to help you solve the problem and next steps for what you will soon be working on. What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love how everything can be automated in ChurnZero. It seems like there are endless possibilities to achieve our desired outcome. What do you like best about ChurnZero? Customer journeys and the automation you can attach to them. Very easy setup. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? There are limitations integrating it with our applications. There are events we would like to track but are unable. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Being proactive.
