"Great Overall Overview with the little extra ^^"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? As we did not have such a tool to have a better understanding our cutomers, ChurnZero turned out to be a great win for our Customer Success Team (and beyond) What do you dislike about ChurnZero? As an administrator I am not able to delete Accounts. I talked to CZ support and they would delete it when I send a list of all accounts to be deleted, but I really would like to handle this on my own to be way more flexible. What problems is ChurnZero solving ...

What do you like best about ChurnZero? "Having the ability to integrate my entire day into one easy to use platform has been huge!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I have an amazing amount of control to view things as high as I'd like or as granular as I'd like. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? IF I had to find something to dislike it would be that when a pipeline gets stuck I may need to wait to complete tasks. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? ChurnZero is solving the challenge of setting reminders on my calendar to do something elsewhere. Where in CZ I can create a task and ...

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love all the customer data compiled into one place. Not only can we track customer usage in our platform, but our teams can also communicate through ChurnZero and track the progress of our users. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I don't have any dislikes yet. It's a vast product with lots of settings to learn but that just helps in the long run to track every detail we want to monitor.
