What do you like best about ChurnZero? The speed and ability to easily monitor and measure success / Churn for Customers What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Lack of Mobile App, pulling in data sometimes is a real process What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Centralized Customer base, Monitoring Churn in a more productive way. The ability to reach the right customers at the right time through Plays and Account segments.

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero is a must for all Customer Success teams! "A Great Tool for Monitoring Customer Health"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero helps me easily understand the health of our relationship with customers and who to prioritize based on how likely they are to churn. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I wish there was an easy way to upload and view my notes. Integration with Google Calendar would also be nice. "Keep the pulse on your CS team"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I had to take one the CS team at our company quickly. Given my lack of experience in CS day to day management I was worried things would fall through the cracks. With ChurnZero I was able to get up to speed on accounts and health in a matter of days not months while being able to help the CSMs with key opportunities. What do you dislike about ChurnZero?
