"Great platform and great people"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? From sales to onboarding to using the product, each representative was helpful and made the entire process effortless - even for team members who had never implemented a software product. The sales team did a great job answering questions that the CSM, finance, tech, and system teams had. "Great Tool"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? As a Customer Success Manager, using ChurnZero has become the 'one-stop shop' for all the different tools we use for our customers. It's a great tool to keep myself organized. My favorite thing about ChurnZero has been accessing my to-do list at my fingertips. No more tracking miscellaneous papers and sticky notes all over. "A CSM's Major Key to Success"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero is an incredible tool that I use daily as a CSM. The platform integrates with every tool I use (Salesforce, Outlook, etc.) and provides insightful data. It allows our CS team to automate tasks, emails, and stay proactive in communicating with customers. What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love the customer insights and versatility of the tool. We have had a fantastic experience with Churn Zero so far.The technology in itself has significantly improved and eased the day to day working life our entire success department. "Churn Zero has been easy to use so far and give useful information for my job."

What do you like best about ChurnZero? The Churnscores are helpful in tracking performance. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? It can be difficult to set up some plays if you don't have experience.
