"Churnzero is easy to use"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? CZ allows me to check in on my accounts, their usage, pull reports so I can see how to impact KPIs. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Segments/plays can sometimes be cumbersome to set up. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Surfacing up risks, giving me usage data to share with my customers, allowing me to guide our team and identify usage gaps.

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I really enjoy the play functionality. It helps us automate our communication to our customers. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? There are some UI challenges at points. I'd really like to be able to collapse custom tables on load. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? This is solving customer communication automation.
