What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero has really helped us cut down on the time spent doing reports as well as allowing us to be much more proactive with our customers. Not having to deal with pivoting between different tabs and tools and having everything in one place has been immensely helpful. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love all of the in-app capabilities. Our customer base tends to be a bit software-resistant, so the more we can keep in-app and in one place, the more likely they are to engage and benefit from the info we are trying to get to them. What do you like best about ChurnZero? The data is very actionable and I don't spend my time watching dashboards or digging through account details. The system knows what is important for my workflow and surfaces the items that I need to be aware of.
