"ChurnZero as an Accurate Assessment of Renewal"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero has been a helpful way for me to track my clients' likelihood of renewal. One of the key features that has helped me is the green/red/yellow color categorization because it gives me an efficient way of prioritizing accounts. What do you like best about ChurnZero? For our company, the Journeys are definitely the most valued part of the CZ product. They allow us to manage and track every step along the way of a customer implementation to ensure that nothing is left out or forgotten. What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love the automation capabilities that CZ provides. It is part task list, part email sequence, part health of account all in one. And that's just how I use it! There are plenty more applications and the best part is that is syncs backwards and forwards to SFDC. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? What do you like best about ChurnZero? I like that I can manage my 31 accounts all in one place, set tasks to do, and can quickly see how all of my accounts are performing. "ChurnZero is great!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Setting up Plays that I can send out to multiple clients at once. Such a time saver! What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Outlook is not entirely synced. All scheduled meetings are not showing on the calendar. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? It alerts me to accounts that need attention before it becomes a problem.

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Sending NPS follow-up, renewal information, and login details of the customer. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Everything is perfect. "Easy to understand"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I like that it keeps all of my notes organized via which customer and by customer names. I can always find the information I am looking for in under 30 seconds.
