"I love churnzero!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? As a Customer Success Manager, I am getting more insight into my client's day to day activity in one spot. I love it! I like to see all my accounts in a bird's eye view. The dashboards are great! What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I would like to filter tasks by account name. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? I like the reporting on when I last reached out to a client.

"Fantastic program that streamlines my day-to-day"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I appreciate the daily digest that brings the essential items to my attention at the start of each day. The History section lets me see prior communications from former CSMs and brings me up to speed when a colleague is out of the office. I also love Plays where messages are queued up for me to review. What do you like best about ChurnZero? What we like best about Churn Zero is that it is so easy to use; we can track how our client is doing and how often they are using our product. "Helps me organize my day"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? All of my account information is in one place. I like the charts and graphs that are available, the visual representation is helpful and a welcome change from line after line of text.
