"With You Every Step"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? There is constant check-in from your Customer Success Manager. They are with you every step of the way to make sure you understand the product and feel comfortable reaching out if you have any questions. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? "Great tool!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero is a great tool. It's easy to use and has robust data I can't get in other places on NPS, health scores, and engagement. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Integrating with other tools to get a complete view has been helpful. It requires a little more integration, but not a heavy lift. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? ChurnZero gives a 360 view of the customer. It's been great to have.
