What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero is easy to use and it helps with monitoring customer activity and engagement as it relates to our product. What do you like best about ChurnZero? I enjoy being able to track the health of my entire portfolio in Churn Zero. I think my latest favorite capability is the CS AI integration. It's been wonderful to utilize. I am truly a fan as the UI is a seemless experience. I use Churn Zero every day to support my customer base. "As a CSA CZ has been my best friend, it makes my job easier and I can be more efficient and accurate"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? That you can track usage and use scores to identify when someone is in danger. The support is awesome! Shout out to Jessie she is the best! What do you dislike about ChurnZero? That the history sometimes gets too clunky. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? We can predict churn, it helps us see the patterns of accounts that tend to cancel and we can prevent that from happening.

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero is probably the most robust CS tool in the market. I really appreciate the number of different data points that it ingests to provide a highly customized churn/health score.
