"Great account management tool"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love the account segments feature, it helps me organize and better manage all of my accounts. I use it daily. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Occasionally, while filling out portions of the customer profile, the app will refresh the main page. A weird glitch but not a big deal What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer organization, outreach reminders, etc.

"Makes My Life Easy!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love the plays. I can run my day off all the plays I set up to make contact with a customer. Having todo's pop up. It streamlines my day. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? The only thing is I wish I could mark account cancelled. So they do not show in reporting or churnsores. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? allowing me to know the health of my customers, allow me keep regular contact and healthy clients.

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Churn Zero has a lot of features. The most helpful is the ability to create segments and filters. "Great System for Customer Success and Implementation"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Email automation, task tracking, information tracking and flexibility. There is a lot that makes my job easier and the system is relatively flexible for use cases and needs. Easy to learn how to use. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? There are some adjustments that can be made to the system to make processes even more flexible, and easier to manage. "BEST CSM platform - like OMG!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I can manage all my accounts in one place, it integrates seamlessly with SalesForce and ultimately has become my source of truth. One of my favorite features is using the "plays" feature to automate things we would have had to perform manually and the ability to track the health of all my customers to that I can act swiftly when needed.
