What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love the insights ChurnZero provides into my book of business, and allows me to identify gaps I may have missed. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? The UI has been a bit confusing at times but with practice easily navigable. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love using ChurnZero! I can create plays, manage NPS scores, and contact customers/users through in-app messages, emails, and walkthroughs.
