"Great CSM tool!"
What do you like best about ChurnZero? It works very well if you manage to connect all data points to it (your client CRM tool, performance data etc). What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Can't create dashboards unless you're on the Enterprise package. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving the Customer Success Managers clear visibility on their tasks, helps them prioritise their day and the most important client activities.

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love how organized CZ helps me to be, it is a game changer! What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Sometimes I have a hard time finding information in the platform but I am getting better at knowing where to search. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping all customer contact in one location so I can easily find what I am looking for.

"Makes my job as a CSM so much easier!"
What do you like best about ChurnZero? Automates so many aspects of my job, including sending emails, checking usage, and prioritizing which clients I need to focus my attention to on any given day. What do you like best about ChurnZero? Churn scores (once dialed in) are incredible. This program does take a lot of work on the operations side to get to the point where you can really make the most out of this program.
