Is the bases for our database

What do you like best? I like how they are updating their scheduling system What do you dislike? The scheduling system is not as good as it should be yet. Recommendations to others considering the product: Change the scheduling system to fit with looking at the service times and compare over several weeks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? How to schedule volunteers. How to track people in the church. How to checkin kids at events.

Great database for our congregation!

What do you like best? There is a lot of room to grow when using this database for your congregation and staff members! What do you dislike? I wish it was easier to implement, it was very difficult to get our entire staff and congregation to use this database. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the problem of process queues among our staff and communication from our staff to our congregation!

Good comprehensive software for Churches

What do you like best? Integration of communication, calendaring, group life and directory and especially the twext feature What do you dislike? Cumbersome logging in, difficult to get people to respond to volunteer opportunities which holds up the program from notifying others. Recommendations to others considering the product: You need to pay for the training - very important What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track ...

Helps easily organize members, but requires coding skills that can go beyond user expertise.

What do you like best? I am able to easily organize church members into categories based on gifts, skills, and preferred contact What do you dislike? Interface is not always intuitive. Having to formal emails with HTML coding is a hassle. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes communication easy, just as software like this should.

A decent Church management software solution

What do you like best? The recent update to be increasingly mobile friendly is a change that I have really appreciated What do you dislike? There are many things that don't make logical sense when going to use the program. Recommendations to others considering the product: For smaller churches I prefered the Breeze chms but for power users CCB is about as good as its going to get. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? CCB helps us ...

Best data collection to track individuals within their community of attenders.

What do you like best? Their use of process queues to provide snapshot information on people so they do not fall through the cracks. What do you dislike? Because the database is extremely customize-able, it's time consuming in the beginning. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure that all of your staff/volunteers who will be using it attend training and assign someone the job of keeping the database "clean". What problems are you solving with the ...

A Great Shepherding Tool

What do you like best? It keeps all of the pertinent information for a church member/visitor all in one place—whether they are saved, baptized, are a member, are involved in small groups, etc., as well as allowing you to take attendance and invite people to serve. It is truly a great tool to shepherd fellow believers in Christ. What do you dislike? I don't know if this has to do with the nature of the software or if it is particular to CCB, but it is at times difficult to use. Some ...

CCCB

What do you like best? Its flexibility is great, but the main thing I enjoy is the process building. It allows me to see how people are matriculating through our congregation. What do you dislike? Figuring out the scheduling capacity is not that easy. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure to take the training option. It was extremely helpful. Kristy was invaluable in letting us understand HOW to use the software. Not just in a general sense, but in order ...

Great user experience and fantastic support.

What do you like best? CCB is very user friendly which makes it very easy to engage volunteers with our data management and communication strategy. What do you dislike? When exporting data to excel, the information often appears in a format that is difficult to view clearly and usually requires reformatting. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend taking advantage of CCB's implementation training if at all possible. It helped the process go off with ...

CCB Review

What do you like best? CCB is easy to use and easy to make changes. It is user friendly and how to do things is basically innate. I went through a long training process as we switched over but the things I do Day-to-day don’t need a lot of training. What do you dislike? There have been things that we would like to be able to do and we’ve been told that it’s coming soon (or that they’ve heard that often and it will eventually be added). Also anytime there is a technical question we ...
