What do you like best? Chrome River is so helpful because it includes everything you need to fill out. For example, I use it for my work to collect miles they need to pay me for traveling to different locations. It gives me the map where I can search my addresses, and everything is just easier because it saves that information and when I need to do a new document everything is already there. What do you like best? Chrome River Expense has kept up with the times as far as the number of clicks to achieve a goal. Their mobile format is perfect. What do you dislike? So far there isn't anything I don't like about Chrome River Expense. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We moved from receipts, scanning attachments, submitting invoices, to doing it all with CRE.

Great Way For Expenses Reporting

What do you like best? Before using chrome river I had to make sure I kept each and every receipt when I traveled. Now I can just upload a quick picture of my receipt. It is a painless way to create expense reports. It is very user friendly and a lot better than the prior programs my company used. What do you like best? TSP transitioned from Concur to Chrome River last year. We enjoy the app and streamline entry. The platform is much cleaner and easier to navigate then Concur. What do you like best? The items/categories to choose from are very specific. Which makes selecting a category for an expense simple and doesn't cause much confusion when my company has to budget it. What do you dislike? The first couple times it takes a bit getting use to since there are so many categories and then sub-categories as well. What do you like best? You can upload receipts and not have to worry about them again. I love that it automatically calculates the per Diem for locations too! What do you dislike? What do you like best? This is fine for basic expenses. My favorite feature is the ability to upload receipts. What do you dislike? Entering expenses is always tedious. The multiple clicks through to submit expenses for finalization are a problem because I often forget to finalize. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Chrome River makes it easier for me to enter expenses so I can get back to billing.
