What do you like best? Automation is the best part. I like not having to add up expense reports like I did at other companies. Approvals do not get lost as well. What do you like best? Chrome river allows you to create a process flow for expense report approvals. It also saves time by allowing data feeds from HR (employee details), corporate credit cards and expenses from a travel system (Concur). Fast and easy Expense submission
What do you like best? I think the ease of use, platinum GUI look is the best thing I like. It didn't take much for a normal user to learn how to submit expense reports. With Mercury GUI it looks alot more up to date. The gui is not as click friendly as platinun is. What do you dislike? Understanding our companies spending trend
What do you like best? We recently transitioned from manual, paper expense process to Chrome River. It is unbelievable the amount of data that we have been able to tap into to see the spending trends for our plants and corporate travelers. This data is being used to update our T&E policy, to provide simple guardrails. And will help improve our travel program and provide our road warriors a better experience. Great Expense Reporting
What do you like best? I most appreciate the reports that I am able to run to find, sort, and sift through data quickly. It is incredibly easy to learn, and it helps me get my work done fast. Easy uploading of receipts for our employees allow faster submissions and faster approvals. What do you dislike? Chrome River Platinum does not allow rule editing. Easy way to add expenses
What do you like best? My favorite features right now is CR Snap. Plus integrations with vendors like Uber, Lyft and SpotHero simplify getting expenses in the system. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Chrome River expense makes it easy to quickly manager our employee expense program. No more paper expense reports. No more paper receipts. What do you like best? Ease of creating expense reports and managing the receipt functionality. Chrome River - A Good Choice
What do you like best? This system has automated most of the manual work. Corporate card transactions load into Chrome River automatically and also selects the expense type automatically based on the merchant category code.
