Simple and easy to manage

What do you like best? Very simple to use and good compatibility with our back-end systems. What do you dislike? There are some fields that I wish were searchable or easier to access within CR. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? CR has made a lot of our automated systems a lot easier, especially when it comes to addressing issues from the backend.

What do you like best? Chrome River makes submitting reports relatively simple and the approval process is very simple to use. What do you dislike? The two panels aren’t always intuitive to use.
