What do you like best? I like that we have instant access to all of our purchasing card transactions. No matter where we are, we can easily access reports, make changes, and process expenses. I also like that there are several ways to upload receipts and that we can see exactly where the report is at in the approval process. What do you like best? I love the direct pay feature of Chrome River. Before we joined Chrome River, we were issuing manual checks to all employees for expense reimbursements. The direct pay feature has drastically reduced the administrative burden of these payments. The format of the expense screen is very intuitive as well. Chrome River makes life easier as the technology is user friendly.

What do you like best? It has very useful features like image reading, CR SNAP app, Hotel Folio, etc. What do you dislike? Expense report review queue for AP team could have been much better. Recommendations to others considering the product: Implement Hotel Folio feature, receipt scanning feature, CR SNAP Application. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? What is most helpful about Chrome River is that you can track expense reimbursement process: submitted —> pending —> reimbursed What do you dislike? What do you like best? Chrome River has a fantastic support staff. Everyone within the company and the help desk are ready to solve any issues quickly and efficiently. What do you like best? By implementing this program, we've been able to transition some of our accounting staff to many other tasks. What do you dislike? The interface could be a little easier to navigate for the "average joe" What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have staff that can now utilize their time working on much larger tasks. Their time spent on employee expenses has been dramatically reduced.

Chrome River Expense

What do you like best? It has been very easy for our user base to learn. We had a paper system before going to Chrome River several years ago and now we can't imagine ever going back. What do you dislike? The only issue we have had is that the OCR is not always accurate. It is getting better, just not perfect yet. Also, not all of the admin features are available via Mercury.
