Makes travel less of a headache

What do you like best? This system is a huge improvement from our previous. It allows for each user to upload their own travel and cuts out the middle man. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really like the ability to be able to quickly take photos of my receipts and they are in the system and ready to be applied to an expense. What do you dislike? For what I use Chrome River for, I do not have any issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Chrome River makes it easy to manage my expenses in one location. I like that it tracks where I am at in the process of getting reimbursed.

Good for expense report approvals and efficiency, tough to use for actual expense entry.

What do you like best? IF your credit card is hooked up to your account, you can easily add expenses to an expense report. However, often times our end users didn't remember what expenses were for, or the credit card would have the improper category or merchant, which could be hard to change. Awful program that is more complicated than it needs to be.

What do you like best? Once used to the methodology, it works, but there are still unnecessary hoops to jump through. What do you dislike?
