Quick expenses manager. Mobile webapp is slow
What do you like best? ChromeRiver is a much faster expenses management tool than what we used to use (SAP based). All expenses on the company card are automatically populated and integration with uber/lyft allows for quick auto upload of receipts What do you dislike? The mobile webapp seems particularly slow when uploading pictures of receipts. Chrome River is a Great Reconciliation Tool!
What do you like best? What I loved the most about Chrome River is the new Chrome River Snap Application. It is very user-friendly and receipts get uploaded in less than 5secs, so it's also not time-consuming to use, which is a big plus! What do you dislike? What we dislike is when our uploaded receipts get moved to the "Offline" bucket. What do you like best? Automated Workflow – The manual approval process for invoices and expenses in place before Chrome River was unreliable. Weeks would go by before an invoice was approved and sent to AP for processing. Now we are able to get an invoice to the business owner much more quickly and we can track where the invoice is in the workflow. This was a huge improvement for expense reports. Don't stop short for your business.
What do you like best? The most helpful things about Chrome river expenses is we as a company are not over paying vendors or employee reimbursements. At the end of the month our financials are nice and clean. What do you dislike? Quite frankly I have not experienced a down side. As long as you follow the directions you don't have an issue. What do you like best? I love that Chrome River takes the paper shuffle of our expense reimbursement process out of the equation. It's completely electronic from start to finish. Approvals flow through e-mail and are super-easy (just click the green "Accept" button!) for our attorneys and staff. What do you like best? Completely streamlines expense reports! Is very user friendly with large rules to click (flights, lodging, etc) to assist in entering costs. Receipts can be uploaded. Best feature is that the user can track each step from submission to final approval. No more list paperwork! What do you dislike? Chrome River has been a great experience for me as a user and Admin for our Company
What do you like best? I love that our AMEX feeds go through seamlessly to the expense portal. I love that we can email a copy of a receipt to eReceipts folder and it saves them for when we are ready to create the expense report, no more having to save a handful of receipts, scan them to pdf and attach.
