"Chorus helps me gain insight in to how our prospects see value during demonstrations"

What do you like best? The fact that Chorus captures the entire conversation between our sales team and a prospect. This helps us revisit those conversations and understand the "what/why" during the conversation

"Excellent Tool to Improve Your Calls"

What do you like best? Ability to review and listen to calls. Not just my own calls, but those of my senior colleagues with more experience. It's nice being able to review at any time of the day instead of making myself available to join another person's call.

"Chorus is a Good Product That Can Help Every Facet of a Company"

What do you like best? Snippet and Snippet Libraries are probably the most useful aspects of Chorus. Being able to zone in on specific aspects of the sales process, whether it be discovery, product demo, feature/benefit, closing/next steps and learn from peers as well as receive coaching is hugely beneficial. Libraries enable you to listen to different scenarios with different reps and learn through understanding top performers and their strategies. For instance, uncovering prospect ...

"Business Development Rep"

What do you like best? Great feedback when you have to breakdown a conversation. I also enjoy being able to go back to certain key points in different conversations to make sure I understand the key points that I was discussing with the client to ensure that I have not missed anything or I am able to follow up with certain questions I missed

"Game Changer"

What do you like best? Chorus allows clients to review calls, me to share client feedback internally where our teams can hear first hand from the client rather then conducting multiple calls. It gives flexibility to review calls and items when it works best in your schedule.
