"UX note-taking without the Note taker"

What do you like best? I appreciate the fact that I can focus on the customer and not need to worry about capturing notes correctly. I can always go back and review the recording and listen for any nuisance Imay have missed to gain further insights on their needs and expectations.

"Chorus helps create better selling habits"

What do you like best? Chorus is an excellent tool for teams to use to establish consistency and accountabillity across the team. The in depth analytics, including key word, engaging question tracking, and next step tracking is a great way for me to look back on my calls and determine what went well, and what needs improvement. I can send my calls to my manager with one click, and get notified when any feedback or notes are taken on the call.

What do you like best? It seems like sales and CS can easily send clips of client calls and highlight the important parts that are useful for the rest of the team to hear. As a developer, I get to see more insights than I had before, without spending too much time away from my main job.

"Great for building strong customer relationships + understanding"

What do you like best? When I am the caller, I love that I don't have to worry about notes. I love that I can send snippets of my calls to internal teams if what is said impacts them. And as an employee, I love that I can shadow calls easily without interrupting the conversation flow.
