"Chorus helps create better selling habits"

What do you like best? Chorus is an excellent tool for teams to use to establish consistency and accountabillity across the team. The in depth analytics, including key word, engaging question tracking, and next step tracking is a great way for me to look back on my calls and determine what went well, and what needs improvement. I can send my calls to my manager with one click, and get notified when any feedback or notes are taken on the call.

"Pretty useful as a developer who only uses it second hand"

What do you like best? It seems like sales and CS can easily send clips of client calls and highlight the important parts that are useful for the rest of the team to hear. As a developer, I get to see more insights than I had before, without spending too much time away from my main job.

"Great product! Great call insights and ability to distill important moments."

What do you like best? The tool is great for ramping up and going back to listen to calls. How it calls out certain words or the ability to understand important language is powerful. I really like the immediate call recaps and reminder emails.

What do you like best? I like seeing what I do well on calls and then seeing what other reps are doing well and then stealing their best practices.

"UX note-taking without the Note taker"

What do you like best? I appreciate the fact that I can focus on the customer and not need to worry about capturing notes correctly. I can always go back and review the recording and listen for any nuisance Imay have missed to gain further insights on their needs and expectations.

"Great software that has numerous benefits"

What do you like best? The most helpful feature of using Chorus is the ability to go back to confirm what was said in a meeting. Often times, people walk away with different recollections of what was said, but the recording helps replace the he-said she-said with what was actually said. Another use case I have is the ability to not scramble with taking my own notes, and being able to focus on the actual conversation. With the recordings, I can go back and extract different action items from ...
