Chorus captures and analyzes customer interactions in real-time, providing rich insights that help sales teams understand buyer behavior and improve communication strategies.
The platform's ability to identify business and sales signals ensures that key topics and themes are highlighted automatically, saving time and improving focus on actionable insights.
With video conferencing, sales engagement tools, and a dialer built-in, Chorus functions as a unified solution for sales teams.
Sales managers can provide immediate feedback and training based on live conversations, enhancing team performance and accelerating learning.

"Good product! Ideal for review calls super fast"
What do you like best? The feature to see the transcript of the recording saved me a lot of time. I just need to read fast until I found what I want to listen or I can search for the word and listen. Super useful! I think that the feature of synchronizing with the calendar is great, saves a lot of time and nothing is missing.

"Pretty useful as a developer who only uses it second hand"
What do you like best? It seems like sales and CS can easily send clips of client calls and highlight the important parts that are useful for the rest of the team to hear. As a developer, I get to see more insights than I had before, without spending too much time away from my main job.
