"Stop note taking, start listening"
What do you like best? I like how the percentage of talk time is shown between members of the call. This allows you to see if you are talking too much, and also quickly identify where the prospect is talking. I also like how clips can be easily shared with prospects or team members. The biggest help is having calls on record from previous representatives, allowing you to jump into a new account with an idea of past conversations when trying to re-engage customers who have gone dark or missing.

What do you like best? As a rep who doesn't keep the most detailed notes, it is helpful to have a record of calls to review later and bolster what notes I have taken.

What do you like best? I like that Chorus integrates with SalesForce, so I have the ability to see the call recordings reflected in opportunity and contact records rather than having to manually connect them together. We use Chorus on most of our client meetings through Zoom, and as an inside sales person it is imperative that we make the most of these meetings- having the call recordings, insights, and transcripts is extremely helpful for our team.

Since we're all working remotely because of COVID, it's hard to take notes over Zoom meetings and be an active listener at the same time and Chorus.AI really enables you to be a good listener to your clients and allows you to have your notes ready to go after the call. What do you like best? As the leader of a Customer Success organization, Chorus has become a critical part of our operations. Given our price point in the market, all of our sales and services are typically conducted over Zoom calls. Having all our customer calls automatically recorded enables us to have full traceability of all discussions, which keeps our both our sales team and our customers honest for the reasons they purchased our product and any commitments that were made.
