"A good call recording solution + much more for agile early stage company"

What do you like best? We're a relatively small organization 10 in sales 50 in the whole company. While I really like the features of being able to trust chorus.ai as our note taker and being able to review back all calls before an upcoming call, what I like best is the ability to share the call or snippets across the company. As a small organization we have to be very agile in how we circulate information. I feel like chorus takes the place of many other heavy weight processes, for example:

"Using Chorus for business calls"

What do you like best? It is so great to be able to review my calls and have my manager listen for coaching opportunities. Having it automatically integrate with my Zoom meetings and pull from my Google calendar, so that it's incredibly mindless to set up. My manager reviews my calls with me or sometimes without me knowing, and that allows for him to have confidence in me or bring things to my attention during coaching sessions. It is a great way continually improve how I am doing my job ...

"Chorus-Essential business tool for technical business"

What do you like best? 1. The insights it gives- specially on who spoke for how long; helps in understanding if we were able to make customer speak more than us.

"Chorus.ai works"

What do you like best? the coaching aspect. able to see important data at a glance like filler words, competitors mentions, and everything else. also the conversation split -- nice to see at a glance who is talking for how long. basically all functions are useful and make critiquing calls very easy. I also really like how easy it is to filter out the noise. I used to be on the BDR team at GoGuardian so alot of outbound cold calls that would go unanswered. so being able to filter by call ...

"Chorus is an excellent tool for helping me review my team's calls to understand how to improve."

What do you like best? Similar to watching film after football games back in high school, it allows me to dissect my sales calls, play by play, to figure out pivotal moments in calls that led to success or failure.
