"Excellent, Clean Product"

What do you like best? Easy to use, intuitive and very clean. Eliminates stress of reviewing calls. Allows for cross collaboration between team members in their own time. Very helpful to tag key phrases, understand where there are gaps in communication. Other tools that i've used didn't fully integrate to show me which deals were progressing and which were to close this quarter which makes reviewing calls and focusing on target accounts that more useful.

"Great way to review, learn and get feedback on prospective/customer calls"

What do you like best? Most helpful thing about Chorus is it catches small details that are sometimes impossible to catch on the fly. Even hearing someones tone change can give you an advantage when trying to uncover pains

"Good tool overall. "

What do you like best? It’s all automated. Requires little to no management on my end. I like that it shows the ratio of who is speaking throughout the call.

"Chorus is great to use and is for everyone."

What do you like best? It's very easy to listen to calls. I can see who is talking the most and how to improve. It is also amazing that there is an app for this. I can listen to calls on the road or anywhere I want. It is also nice to be able to fast forward through the calls and at a higher speed. The other thing that is very nice about Chorus is the ability to see a script of the call and go through and read what the rep and client have said.

"Great for training especially for new joiners"

What do you like best? I use it mainly for improving my skills by listening to my peer's calls or going back to mine and see what I could improve. I also like to go back to specific calls and review what prospects have said to take more detailed notes.
