"Good product! Ideal for review calls super fast"

What do you like best? The feature to see the transcript of the recording saved me a lot of time. I just need to read fast until I found what I want to listen or I can search for the word and listen. Super useful! I think that the feature of synchronizing with the calendar is great, saves a lot of time and nothing is missing.

What do you like best? I love that I can access calls that my colleagues have saved, open my old calls, reference the auto-note taker transcripts, and identify room for improvement easily.

"A good call recording solution + much more for agile early stage company"

What do you like best? We're a relatively small organization 10 in sales 50 in the whole company. While I really like the features of being able to trust chorus.ai as our note taker and being able to review back all calls before an upcoming call, what I like best is the ability to share the call or snippets across the company. As a small organization we have to be very agile in how we circulate information. I feel like chorus takes the place of many other heavy weight processes, for example:

"Stop note taking, start listening"

What do you like best? I like how the percentage of talk time is shown between members of the call. This allows you to see if you are talking too much, and also quickly identify where the prospect is talking. I also like how clips can be easily shared with prospects or team members. The biggest help is having calls on record from previous representatives, allowing you to jump into a new account with an idea of past conversations when trying to re-engage customers who have gone dark or missing.

"Helpful sales tool"

What do you like best? I like that Chorus integrates with SalesForce, so I have the ability to see the call recordings reflected in opportunity and contact records rather than having to manually connect them together. We use Chorus on most of our client meetings through Zoom, and as an inside sales person it is imperative that we make the most of these meetings- having the call recordings, insights, and transcripts is extremely helpful for our team.

"Hard to listen to your own voice but easy to improve your sales skills"

What do you like best? Since we're all working remotely because of COVID, it's hard to take notes over Zoom meetings and be an active listener at the same time and Chorus.AI really enables you to be a good listener to your clients and allows you to have your notes ready to go after the call.
