"An Extremely Valuable Tool"

What do you like best? Chorus allows me to focus on my calls and truly engage vs frantically taking notes. It also allows me to improve how I present myself on the phone by evaluating lines of questioning, talk time, and overall presence on the phone. Love being able to listen to other individual's calls to find talk tracks and better probing questions.

"The best for for a Sales Development role!"

What do you like best? I love that I can go back and relisten to my own calls, my colleagues calls, and learn from them continuously! This was the best tool for when I was starting out and needed to learn about how our sales process is like.It is also a good tool to bring my AE's up to speed on a complex call or help me make my notes more detailed.

"Excellent, Clean Product"

What do you like best? Easy to use, intuitive and very clean. Eliminates stress of reviewing calls. Allows for cross collaboration between team members in their own time. Very helpful to tag key phrases, understand where there are gaps in communication. Other tools that i've used didn't fully integrate to show me which deals were progressing and which were to close this quarter which makes reviewing calls and focusing on target accounts that more useful.

"Chorus is great to use and is for everyone."

What do you like best? It's very easy to listen to calls. I can see who is talking the most and how to improve. It is also amazing that there is an app for this. I can listen to calls on the road or anywhere I want. It is also nice to be able to fast forward through the calls and at a higher speed. The other thing that is very nice about Chorus is the ability to see a script of the call and go through and read what the rep and client have said.

"Good product! Ideal for review calls super fast"

What do you like best? The feature to see the transcript of the recording saved me a lot of time. I just need to read fast until I found what I want to listen or I can search for the word and listen. Super useful! I think that the feature of synchronizing with the calendar is great, saves a lot of time and nothing is missing.
