"Good integration with Zoom, great for capturing meetings and sharing snippets"

What do you like best? Chorus integrates quite seamlessly into Zoom. It's easy / seamless to record meetings and refer back to them later. The speech to text transcript is convenient, and it is easy to capture meeting snippets to share with others.

What do you like best? Reviewing calls and able to go back to confirm what was said in a meeting. Transparency into the sales processes and best practices it's one of the best coaching tools.

What do you like best? I like being able to search for key words that come up in a conversation. I like the ability to see who is talking in a conversation, I use it to analyze whether I was talking to much during a conversation.

"Best tool I have implemented as a VP of Sales so far"

What do you like best? Chorus.ai has been an excellent tool for onboarding new reps. It's a very easy way to get insights on what customers are asking about, what a typical sales call sounds like and what they should expect out of a call. However, this is also a fantastic tool for current reps since they don't have to worry about taking rigorous notes during a call which allows them to really listen to the customer so they can focus on how to help them.
